Dr. Crista MacDonald-Werby, ND
Crista MacDonald-Werby, BHSc., ND, was born and raised in Woodstock, Ontario. She earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree at the University of Western Ontario and then went on to complete a four-year, full-time professional program in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She did a one year internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, a very large and busy clinic in Toronto, as well as an internship at Anishnawbe Health Toronto, a multidisciplinary medical clinic dedicated to the health of aboriginal and native people in Toronto. Upon graduation Crista MacDonald received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) diploma and passed international and provincial licensing examinations before being granted registration to practice. Crista MacDonald, ND is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), Oxford Women in Networking (OWIN), and a registrant of the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy (BDDT-N).
Crista enjoys being involved in the community and doing volunteer work. Her efforts include a five day “Health and Wellness” workshop in the Dominican Republic where she taught women, men and children who were HIV-positive how to improve their health using diet, local plants, exercise and lifestyle. She also has enjoyed teaching at Fanshawe College, speaking at various events across Oxford County and leading corporate wellness workshops and programs at big industries such as Delta Faucet and the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW).
In 2006 Dr. MacDonald-Werby, ND created and opened the MacDonald Naturopathic Medical Clinic at 29 Wellington Street North, Woodstock, Ontario. For the past 10 years she has maintained an eclectic practice using Clinical nutrition, Botanical medicine, Acupuncture, Asian medicine and Lifestyle counseling. She has additional training in Lactation Management taught by Dr. Jack Newman, MD and in dealing with fertility issues. When not working, she enjoys her country property and gardens with her two children and darling husband.

Ellen Barnett B.A., B.Sc., ND, was born and raised on a farm west of Stratford. She earned a B.A. followed by an Honours B.Sc. in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph. After working in the agricultural biotech industry for several years, she pursued her passion in holistic health and relocated to Toronto to complete a four-year, full-time professional program in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). Ellen interned at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, Parkdale Community Health Centre and Sherbourne Health Centre while in Toronto. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with The Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy-Naturopathy and a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
Ellen is a general family medicine practitioner who welcomes patients of all ages and levels of health. She employs both medical diagnostics and traditional methods to assess and treat a variety of conditions. She believes in taking the time to fully understand and address your health concerns in order to build the foundations of better health together. She has a special interest in women's health, endocrine disorders and gastrointestinal conditions and utilizes a range of treatments, including botanical medicine, acupuncture, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling and physical medicine.
Meagan Michalski grew up in the Woodstock area and graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in June 2011. She has always enjoyed helping others and participating in sports, which lead her to choosing Massage Therapy.
As part of her schooling, Meagan participated in a trip to Hawaii to work with the Hawaii Institute of Anatomy. She worked with a PhD anatomist studying different systems of the body by working with a human cadaver. The experience was very rewarding and has given Meagan the drive to continually gain knowledge in human anatomy and physiology and to use her massage skills to treat clients with all kinds of conditions and injuries.
